Two steps lead down from the kitchen to the front room in the old part of the cottage with comfortable sofas and a wood burning stove.  The TV is here along with a cupboard full of board games, and jigsaws for relaxing in the evenings.

At the back of Sykehouse Cottage is a sun room which adds space and light to the old part of the house and is wonderful for painting or just watching the skies.
